• Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

2.Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Course has been partially or fully accessed.
• Dislike of course content or change of mind after enrolment.
• Promotional or discounted course purchases unless otherwise specified.
• Project or website development services once work has begun or resources allocated,
  even if expectations differ or partial dissatisfaction occurs.

3.How to Request a Refund

• Full name and registered contact number
• Order ID or transaction reference
• Reason for requesting a refund

We typically process refund requests within 5–7 business days of receiving all required information.

4.Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that certain payment gateway or processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the policy of your payment provider.

5.Course Transfers

In certain cases, instead of a refund, you may be eligible for a course transfer (enrolling in a different course of equal or lesser value). This is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
